The famous Belgian Waffle company, Wafels & Dinges, needed a way to serve up better customer experiences wherever their food truck fleet could be found around New York City. Long lines, language barriers, and outdated technology were causing customers to leave befrore they even got to the front of the queue. Wafels & Dinges needed a way to streamline the ordering processes and found it with a self-checkout kiosk solution custom-built to withstand outdoor elements and integrated with Newline self-ordering software, Square payments and Star Micronics printers.
