# Pythian Market Improves the Customer Experience with CloudPRNT from Star Micronics

New Orleans-based Pythian Market required a third-party print solution independent of any existing POS software to transmit their online orders.

## About this Case Study

Pythian Market in downtown New Orleans is a celebration of the vibrant and creative community it serves, where vendors of all kinds set up shop. Because of the multiple food vendors working within the same marketplace, Pythian takes great strides to improve the customer experience. As such, they developed their own online ordering solution but required a third-party print solution independent of any existing POS software to transmit the online orders to the proper vendor kitchen without missing a beat.
